By creating an account or using our services, you ("User" or "you") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Facenow.

2. Service Description
Facenow offers an online platform that uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI) to apply visual transformations to facial images provided by users.
2.1. Key Features
- Hair Transformation: Change color, length, style, and texture
- Beard Transformation: Add, remove, or modify facial hair
- Eyewear: Add sunglasses or eyeglasses
- Personal Gallery: Store and view generated results
- Credit System: Credit-based payment model for transformations
- Before/After Comparison: Side-by-side preview
2.2. Technical Limitations
The Service is subject to:
- Quality of original image (resolution, lighting, angle)
- AI technology limitations (results are not 100% predictable)
- Third-party provider availability (Google Cloud, Gemini AI)
- Variable processing time (typically 5-30 seconds per transformation)
3. Eligibility and Account
3.1. Age Requirement
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use Facenow. By registering, you declare that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
3.2. Account Responsibilities
- Provide truthful and current information during registration
- Maintain the security of your access credentials
- Immediately notify us of unauthorized account use
- You are responsible for all activities performed under your account
4. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions
4.1. Permitted Content
You may only upload images that:
- You own the rights to or have permission to use
- Are of persons 18 years or older
- Do not violate third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
- Do not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
4.2. PROHIBITED Content
❌ It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to upload:
- Images of minors (even with parental consent)
- Sexually explicit content or nudity
- Violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Images of third parties without consent (e.g., celebrities, public figures)
- Malicious deepfakes or misleading content
- Identity documents or sensitive information
- Content that violates local or international laws
4.3. Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right to review, remove, or reject any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Serious violations will result in account suspension or ban.
5. Credits and Payments
5.1. Credit System
- Each transformation consumes 1 credit
- Credits are purchased through one-time purchase or subscription
- Credits do not expire (except as specified in promotions)
- Credits are non-refundable after use
5.2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, etc.). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of your chosen provider.
5.3. Refund Policy
Refunds
- Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days of purchase
- Used credits: NOT refundable
- Technical failures: Credits automatically refunded if transformation fails
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime, no prorated refund for current period

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. User Ownership
You retain all rights to the original images you upload.
6.2. License to Facenow
By uploading an image, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Process the image through our AI (Google Gemini)
- Store original and transformed images in your account
- Use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our algorithms
Important: We do NOT use your images for marketing, third-party AI training, or any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
6.3. AI-Generated Results
You may use the Results for personal purposes (share on social media, print, etc.) as you wish.
Commercial use of Results (resale, advertising, products) requires a commercial license.
7. Warranty Disclaimers

Facenow is provided "AS IS" and"AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do NOT guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results will be accurate, realistic, or satisfactory
- Defects will be corrected immediately
- The Service will meet your specific expectations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facenow and its directors, employees, partners, and providers shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill
- Unsatisfactory or unrealistic transformation results
- Unauthorized use of your account or images
- Third-party conduct (other users, service providers)
- Service interruptions or data loss
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims related to Facenow is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
9.1. By You
You may cancel your account anytime through settings or by emailing:support@facenow.app
9.2. By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable laws
- You upload prohibited content
- Your use causes harm or risks to the Service or other users
- We detect fraudulent activity or abuse
10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.2. Dispute Resolution
For users in the European Union, you have the right to file complaints with your local data protection authority and to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
